Fresh Apple Cake
Ingredients:
4 cups flour
3 cups sugar
1 teaspoon nutmeg
4 teaspoons cinnamon
8 eggs
4 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons salt
12 cups peeled, cored and chopped apples (from about 8 large apples)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a pan with cooking spray.
2. Mix all ingredients except for the apples together. Fold in the apples.
3. Bake for about 60 minutes or until done.
