Coconut Cake
Ingredients:
2 boxes yellow or white cake mix
6 eggs
2/3 cup canola oil
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
1 or 2 (7-ounce) package shredded coconut
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a pan with cooking spray.
2. Beat together the yellow cake mixes, eggs, canola oil and coconut milk. Stir in the coconut.
3. Pour batter in prepared pan. Bake for about 35 minutes or until done.
