Chocolate Buttercream Frosting
Ingredients:
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup cocoa powder
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup milk or water
1 3/4 cups hot fudge topping
Black food dye, optional
Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients in a stand mixing bowl. Start mixing at a slow speed and gradually increase the speed until the ingredients are well-mixed.
2. Mix in the black food dye, if desired.
